N-O is in the process of recording his fourth studio album for people chasing a dream. He wants to find someone with a unique voice that would be interested in collaborating on a few songs.

Recording sessions for the album will take place between September and December 2010 in Mobile, Alabama. The music for the album was created by several record producers in the United States.

The album will be recording in a professional recording studio in Mobile, Alabama. The studio is designed to give recording artists a relaxing atmosphere to enhance creativity while providing an outstanding sound.

When I decided to record songs for my new album entitled “The Underdog”, I wanted it to be different from my last album. So I challenged myself to find great music and write wonderful songs that represent everyday people.

When the songs for the album were written, I went on a search to find the best tracks for the album and went to the recording studio after finding four tracks for the album. It felt good going back into the studio because being in the recording studio always feels like home to me. The recording studio is the place where I feel comfortable and happy.

There was no problems when I step in the recording booth and put on the headphones. However, the problems started when my vocals were recording on the beats I selected. The beat was soft and smooth while my voice tone was hard. The tone of my voice didn’t match the vibe of the song. My voice tone was perfect for the songs on my last album. However, it doesn’t fit the songs for my new album. I’m getting frustrated while I’m trying to find the correct tone of voice to match the radio friendly songs on the album.

The Struggle:
It’s easy for me match my voice on hard beats. However, I struggle on beats that need a smooth or soft tone of voice. The struggles with my tone of voice on radio records has me questioning myself because I cannot release an album without radio and club friendly songs. I’m trying different things to make the songs better. However, I’m just hitting a brick wall.

Note To All Recording Artists:
Changing the way you sound from song to song is easier said than done. However, we owe it to all music fans to be different from record to record. We have to step out of our comfort zone and give the world great music.

When I told people my dream of making music, they all laughed at me and said that I would never make it. I did not have any money or any connections in the music industry. I was discouraged by the negative comments while they laughed at me.

I was left with one decision to make, should I listen to negative comments and give up my dream of making music or use the negative comments as the fuel to drive me to succeed. I decided to use the negative comments to drive my musical career.

I spent several years writing to instrumental songs by major label artists before mix tapes became popular by recording artists like 50 Cent and Lil Wayne. The songs I created were never published because I did not have enough money for the cheapest studio in my town.

It took me two years to save up enough money to record a demo cd of three songs. I took my demo to twenty five record labels and they laughed at me. They said that I would never make it in the music industry.

I used the negative comments from the record labels as fuel to drive me to make music. When I recording and released my first album, all the people who laughed at me before did not laugh anymore.
When I started working on my new album, A&R’s from the same record labels that laugh at me before are contacting me.

Note To All Recording Artists:
People will laugh at your dream. However, that is not a reason for you to give up on your dream. Never let people stop you from chasing your dream to make music.
